According to Addis Standard news from Ethiopia, the three countries agreed to postpone the filling of Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam until the signing of an agreement and negotiations to begin at the level of the technical committee to reach an agreement within two weeks, which is proposed by Ethiopia.
More details of this report is not yet known. The government of Ethiopia is expected to address the nation for the whole issues running through media.
